cold, hungry and wet...

but at least I survived another Thursday. My normally packed Thursday was slightly less stressful then usual though no less busy. The debating competitions are in full swing and my team debated today. After the extremely frustrating lead up the girls in the end did really well. They won and so did our other two teams that we had in. At least we finally got it sorted out that the leaning tower of Pisa is In Italy, not France and YES, Italy and France are two separate countries.

Upon returning to school I discovered that the work I left for one of my classes had not been picked up, I look at the extras list to discover who was filling in... surprise, surprise it was the student teacher of the year. I had an interesting conversation and apparently even though he has been floating around for a week or so, no one had told him that he was supposed to check for work left. Oh and yes, he does remember who I am. He has gone back to uni and he's just doing CRT for cash, which I guess means everyone is a winner.

My year 7's are starting to turn into year 8's which is very frustrating. Just being really punky. Its really very tiring and I feel pretty dead by the time the day is finished, like now.

Well I might go and vegetate in front of the tv with some raisin toast or something, and crank the heater cause it feels like its going to snow in here.
